Privacy
What I do with your information.
Written in plain English, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not a privacy policy. If anything here is unclear, email me and I will explain it properly.

The short version
I run a coaching and real estate business, not an advertising operation. This site uses analytics that cannot identify you, sets no tracking cookies, and loads nothing from Google. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the coaching inquiry form yourself, and I use that to reply to you. I do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and I never have.
Who is responsible
I am Spring Bengtzen. I run Spring B out of Salt Lake City, Utah, and I am the one who decides what happens to the information described here. This policy covers the website at https://springb.co and nothing else.
If you want something here explained, corrected or deleted, write to hello@springb.com. It reaches me or someone on my small team.
How I measure traffic
I use Plausible Analytics, and I chose it on purpose. It is the privacy-first option: it is cookieless, it collects no personal data, it does not follow you from one website to another, and it builds no profile of you. Everything it reports is aggregate. It tells me that forty people read my story this week and which page they arrived from. It does not tell me who any of them were, and it gives me no way to find out.
Plausible processes and stores that data in the European Union. Because none of it identifies you, there is nothing on this site to consent to and nothing to opt out of, which is why you will not find a cookie banner here.
The coaching inquiry form
If you ask about private coaching, the form on the coaching page asks for your name, your email address, your mobile number if you would rather I text you (that one is optional), what the business is called, what you are running right now, what you are trying to build next, and why now. The last step asks you to tick a box agreeing to be contacted by email and text about your inquiry.
What you send goes into GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system my team and I use to keep track of conversations. I read it. I reply to it personally, usually within a couple of days. And if coaching looks like a fit, I follow up with you about it.
If we do not end up working together, you may hear from me about coaching again later. Every email has an unsubscribe link, replying STOP to a text ends the texts, and either one takes effect straight away. Ticking that consent box is never a condition of buying anything.
Nothing you write in that form is published, handed to another business, or used to advertise to you. The honest answers are the useful ones, so I keep them private.
The masterclass registration
The free masterclass is not registered for on this site. Save My Seat takes you to a registration page hosted by GoHighLevel. What you enter there is held by GoHighLevel on my behalf and used to send you the joining link, the calendar invite and the reminders, plus occasional notes about future sessions. Unsubscribing takes one click, and what you enter on that page is covered by this policy once it reaches me.
What this site does not load
The typefaces are self-hosted, which means they are served from the same place as the rest of the site. Your browser never requests anything from Google Fonts, so your IP address is never handed to Google in order to draw this page. There are no advertising pixels, no social network tracking scripts, no embedded chat widget and no third-party video player watching you read.
Why I am allowed to hold it
- Because you asked me to. Filling in the inquiry form and ticking the box is you asking me to get in touch. That consent is the basis for the email and text follow-up, and you can withdraw it whenever you like without giving a reason.
- Because we are doing business. If you become a client, I need your contact details to actually do the work, schedule the calls and invoice you.
- Because I have a legitimate interest in running the site well. Aggregate analytics with no personal data in it, and keeping the site online and secure, sit here.
How long I keep it
- Inquiries
- Held in GoHighLevel while the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months after we last spoke, then deleted. Ask me sooner and I will delete it sooner.
- Client records
- If you became a client, the records tied to that engagement are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is seven years.
- Masterclass list
- Until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you.
- Analytics
- Aggregate counts with nothing personal in them, so there is nothing about you being kept.
Who else sees it
Only the companies I need in order to run this, and only for that purpose. They work on my instructions and are not allowed to use your information for anything of their own.
- GoHighLevel — the CRM behind the inquiry form, the masterclass registration, and the email and text messages I send. Based in the United States.
- Plausible Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement, processed in the European Union.
- Railway — the hosting that serves these pages. Like any web host it creates standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting, and those are kept only briefly.
Beyond that: the handful of people on my team who work with me on coaching, and my accountant or lawyer where a client engagement makes it necessary. I will also hand something over if the law genuinely requires it, and I would tell you unless I were forbidden from doing so. That is the whole list.
The other places I send you
This site links out to the other businesses in the ecosystem: forummastermind.com, upgradecommunity.com, thebecollective.com, realestatespringbreak.com and the course platform at programs.springb.com.
Each of those is a separate property with its own privacy policy, its own forms and its own analytics. The moment you leave this site, their policy applies and this one does not. Worth reading theirs.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask me to tell you what I hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it, delete it, stop emailing or texting you, or stop using it altogether. Depending on where you live those rights come from the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act or a law like California’s. I apply them to everybody who asks, wherever you are, because sorting people by jurisdiction is not a principle.
Email hello@springb.com, say what you want, and I will do it within thirty days and usually much sooner. I will not charge you, and I will not ask you to justify it. If I need to be sure you are you before I delete something, I will ask for the least I can get away with. You will never be treated differently for asking.
If you are in the EU or the UK and you think I have handled this badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. I would rather you came to me first so I can fix it.
Children
This site is for working adults building businesses. It is not directed at children, I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen, and I do not market to them. If you believe a child has sent me something through the form, email hello@springb.com and I will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The systems holding inquiries are access-controlled and limited to the people who actually need them. Mostly, though, I keep as little as possible for as short a time as I can, because that is the only security measure that never fails.
No system is perfect and I am not going to pretend otherwise. If something ever went wrong in a way that affected you, I would tell you, promptly and in plain language.
When this changes
If I change how any of this works, I change this page and move the date at the top. When the change is significant — a new tool that touches your information, or a new reason for using something you already gave me — I will say so here rather than quietly edit a paragraph and hope nobody notices.
Talk to me
Email hello@springb.com. Spring B, Salt Lake City, Utah. A person reads it.
The terms of use, linked in the footer, cover what you can do with what is on this site. If you came here to talk about coaching, start on the coaching page instead.
